New Season: New Routine

Happy Equinox – Autumn is here. I almost missed the change of season, spending so much time at home. Pandemic life has made ‘normal’ daily life a memory for many of us. But, there are benefits to developing a healthy routine even if you are able to spend most days in your pajama bottoms without anyone noticing (or is that just me?!). Here are some tips for supporting yourself and your family in healthy ways while ‘staying-safer-at-home’:

  • Create a routine, anyway: You might not be leaving the house, but it can still be beneficial to be on some kind of schedule, a yoga workout on youtube or Zoom, study time for the family, meditation, exercising – even a walk around the block –  and even setting a specific time each day for a little housework can help you feel more ‘normal’ or at least – like you have something planned.
  • Socially-distanced doesn’t mean isolating: You may not be seeing as many friends and loved ones in person – but, you can still connect via text, email or phone. And, a walk in nature with safety protocols in mind, can be a good way to recharge your soul.
  • Self Care is Critical:  Eating healthy foods like fresh fruits and veggies, exercising, maintaining a healthy weight and getting a good night’s rest are keys to good health. The pandemic, combined with a brutal fall and winter flu season, makes it extra important to build a strong immune system.

The vitamin supplements and other products I promote here on AromaThrive.com can support your body, mind and spirit in ways that make you feel stronger.  Check out the Thieves or other Premium Starter Kits to support good health for yourself and your family.  The added benefit of the Thieves products is that they are plant-based – natural without harsh chemicals, so you can wash your hands a lot without drying them out. You can also contact me to book a time to talk about your wellness goals, and which products could best support you in achieving your goals.
